Highlights

【Superior Material】 FEIERDUN dumbbell plates feature a solid cast-iron core with a thickened PE coating for maximum durability and safety. Unlike vinyl-coated dumbbells that easily crack, our plates resist bending or damage even after repeated use—built to last for long-term training.
【90% Space & Cost Saving】 Replaces 5 sets of traditional dumbbells in one compact design. No more clutter or time wasted changing plates—perfect for efficient home gym workouts.
【33mm Thick Handle Grip】 Wrapped in premium soft rubber, the handle offers a secure, non-slip hold that protects your hands from abrasions. Its 33mm thickness is greater than standard dumbbells, delivering a stronger pump and extra forearm activation during lifts.
【Paramount Safety Dial System】 FEIERDUN adjustable dumbbells feature an upgraded 8-groove locking mechanism that securely locks weight plates to the handle. The rotating grip only adjusts within the cradle, ensuring plates stay firmly in place—even during overhead movements—so you can train with total confidence.
Note: Pls don't use the PO BOX, the package is very heavy. You will receive two packages separately if you order the 1 pair 55lb dumbbells
