Check fabric thoroughly before assembly

"It was a bit tricky to figure out the assembly instructions but we eventually did. Unfortunately after getting the entire bed put together, we found a tear in the fabric of one of the side rails. Reached out to customer support to see if they could send a new rail or some sort of repair kit but have not heard back from them. I really don't want to have to take the whole bed apart and return but if I guess we will if needed."
